SHIPPING POLICY

It is our mission to provide amazing customer service just as we provide amazing products. Due to natural ingredients, our products may soften during transport and exhibit a runny consistency. This does not alter the integrity of our product. If this occurs, simply place the product(s) in a cool, dry place (refrigeration up to an two hours is ok) until the mixture solidifies; mixture will remain malleable. PLEASE SEE REFUND POLICY.

All orders are filled and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 -7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm. Closed on weekends and holidays

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address entered during checkout. All undeliverable packages will be rerouted ONLY AFTER payment is received for a subsequent shipment, regardless of the shipping price paid during the original order placement. No refunds will be given for undeliverable packages if the reason is on customer mishap (invalid mailing address). See Refund policy.

All orders that include any pre-order items will be processed to be shipped in one shipment as soon as possible. All pre-order items are sold on a first come, first served basis.
